 1. Summary

Wikipedia has the following characteristics. Explore culture and collaboration models and focus on Wikipedia community integrity and collaboration. There are books that can represent these characteristics. It's called "Good Face Collaboration," Joseph M. It's a book by Wriggle Jr. The book was published in 2010. The core of the book is that Wikipedia's success stems from "goodwill cooperation" among its contributors, namely cooperation through integrity and mutual respect. Wikipedia authors, volunteers explore the collaborative process, community norms and values with Wikipedia, and provide insights into community governance, conflict resolution, and collaboration. This insight positively enhances the collaborative culture with Wikipedia.


2. Interesting points
The evolution of Wikipedia, the sharing of knowledge and open culture reveal the complexity of tensions, power struggles, and collaboration within the Wikipedia community. Wikipedia has discussions about how to balance these overall interests, how to deal with editorial conflicts and controversies, and how to maintain integrity and an open environment. It was interesting to provide a reflective part of Wikipedia's dilemma for its community value.


3. Discussion
Wikipedia has a collaborative culture. Wikipedia emphasizes the importance of integrity and cooperation in building an open knowledge-sharing platform. Then, what competencies (rules, disciplines, etc.) do you think are the most important in the cooperation process for Wikipedia's integrity?
