How to build a knowledge system from Wikipedia.
First, the knowledge card must be kept atomized. You can see that each key word as the knowledge point title, is a knowledge card, it is a knowledge node in the whole system. Atomization means that each node of knowledge is an independent concept, which must be explained around a single objective theme, without subjective factors and creative components. If the encyclopedia card in a concept in the east and west of the topic, or there are a lot of exaggerated adjectives and adverbs or even emotional words, you will think that it is subjective creation of the work, rather than objective knowledge information.

Third, the knowledge card should use outline to organize the content. That is to say, when we encounter a concept, what aspects do we use to understand it and explain it?
For example, for the concept of "season", if we only give "season has four components of spring, summer, autumn and winter", it is actually far from explaining this concept. You will find that you forget to explain the principle of the season, you forget to explain the impact of the season on the weather, and later you will find that there are even countries in the world that divide the season into six, so the fixed division into four parts is not necessarily comprehensive. And so on.
Similarly, what makes a good speech? What makes a qualified product manager? All of these need an outline, or framework, to enrich their knowledge. The more complete the framework outline, the more comprehensive and professional your understanding of the concept will be.
Fourth, knowledge cards should preferably indicate relevant references and sources. It is because all human knowledge is not empty, the content of each knowledge card is gathered through the accumulation of many predecessors, but also often associated with the creation and practice of countless predecessors, so that the extension of the concept, through these ways for more dimensions and depth extension. If the knowledge card has flesh and blood and skeleton, it indicates the relevant references and sources, on the one hand, it is to explain the people or works from which one's skeleton originates; On the other hand, it can also be used to explain the specific influence and role that this knowledge card can play in different people and different situations, so as to guide various practices.
In fact, this is what bothers us most of the time. No matter we write an article or make a speech, if we only talk about the big truth, we can rarely cite examples and authoritative sources, and it is difficult to tell you how to put it into practice, because we lack the habit of tracing the source and drawing examples in the process of collecting and learning knowledge.
So we should look to Wikipedia as the ultimate example of how to build and manage our knowledge systems, and although we can't possibly do it as well because of the effort and cost, learning from Wikipedia's spirit is of great benefit to our daily practice of personal knowledge management.
