What is the difference between Baidu Encyclopedia and Wikipedia for creating entries?

China's domestic encyclopedia platform Baidu Baike dominates, but internationally Wikipedia dominates, even in the field of Chinese encyclopedias Wikipedia also has a place. So, what is the difference between building Wikipedia and Baidu Encyclopedia?

Although Baidu Encyclopedia and Wikipedia are both encyclopedia platforms, their collection rules and editing skills are quite different.

First, Baidu Encyclopedia is a system review, while Wikipedia is a manual review. Manual review is seriously affected by personal cognition and will be stricter.

Second, Baidu Encyclopedia generally does not delete entries unless there are major problems. However, it is relatively common to delete entries from Wikipedia, so editing Wikipedia must be rigorous enough, and a little negligence may lead to the deletion of entries.

Third, Baidu Encyclopedia is to build entries and gradually increase content in actual combat, which can increase security. Wikipedia generally edits the entire page and submits it together. Adding content in stages will increase security risks.

Fourth, Wikipedia has stricter controls on commercial promotional content.

People who do international trade must be familiar with Wikipedia, and it is also highly recognized internationally.
