Reading12—YE SIQI

1. Summary

Some of Wikipedia's articles are comprehensive right from the outset, but most start off as stubs and ideally grow into well-written, comprehensive articles with time.Every article begins with the ideas in the contributor's head. You can create articles about anything as long as they belong to Wikipedia. If you don't have time to write a full article, consider writing a "stub".Stubs are very short articles - usually just a few sentences.

The first paragraph of the article should use concise language to define the topic accurately and describe the most important content.Any reader should have an approximate understanding of the content after reading the first paragraph of the entry.Try to be objective and avoid using personal points of view or first person.Different people have different views on the subject, so please describe any issues from a neutral point of view.

2. Interesting point

If an article is identified as a feature article, it joins a unique feature content group that is displayed on various community pages, including portals and wiki projects. The article can also be displayed on the home page.A selection of articles can help people who don't know Wikipedia by showing their best work and attracting them to Wikipedia.

3. Discussion

What steps do I need to take to create a feature article?

Comments

  1. First of all, you have to search for the topic of the article you want to write to see if it exists. Next, sufficient data research should be conducted and the article should be organized based on it.
