 1.Summary:

 The classification function of Wikipedia is very important. To a certain extent, it can help us locate content more quickly. Because the central goal of the category system is to provide navigational links to Wikipedia pages within the category hierarchy. After you understand the basic characteristics of a theme, you can browse and quickly find the set of pages for the theme defined by those characteristics.

 After you determine which category an article belongs to, you can create a new category. Every Wikipedia article page must belong to at least one category. And besides talk pages, redirects and user pages, they can be optionally placed in categories where appropriate. Each category page should be placed in all the most specific categories it logically belongs to.

 An article should be classified as specific as possible, and it is necessary to avoid duplication with the parent category. We all know that articles in Wikipedia must be verifiable, and this also determines that the classification of Wikipedia articles must also be verifiable. Because the verification information of the article content is used as the basis for classification, it is necessary to clearly see the category it belongs to.

 Categories exist like trees in Wikipedia. are formed by creating links between related categories. And any category may contain more detailed branches. But there are also some problems with the classification in the article. For example, some articles belong to insufficient categories, some articles have excessive category marks, and some articles are not classified correctly. These are the things that need our attention.

2.Interesting point:

 If, for technical reasons, admin categories appear directly on the article rather than on the talk page, they should be made hidden so that they are not shown to readers. It's important to note that hidden parent categories are never actually hidden on category pages.

 What should we do when we encounter incorrect classification when reading Wikipedia articles?
