Reading 11. Kim Jiwon

1. Summary

To summarize the two documents, they provide guidelines for writing articles and information on evaluations. When creating a new article, it emphasizes research and information gathering, as well as the use of neutrality and reliable sources. Collaboration with other editors allows for feedback and the exchange of opinions through discussion pages. Additionally, incorporating images and videos into the articles enhances visual richness. By referring to the guidelines, users can effectively create good articles. These articles are evaluated based on their quality, including reliable sources, adherence to guidelines, and feedback from users, which can elevate their status within Wikipedia. However, it is important to note that evaluations may vary depending on the era and culture.

2. interesting/useful point

Article serve as records that may persist even after the author's lifetime. I agree with the guide's emphasis on careful writing, as they hope for articles to be created with caution. While the content of the production guide is beneficial, it is crucial to recognize that evaluations can change over time. Therefore, users should keep in mind that the definition of quality evaluation may vary and consider this when writing articles.

3. Discussion
The statement that evaluation criteria can change over time is understandable. However, it also implies that evaluation criteria are not absolute and clearly defined, which can potentially lead to confusion in the long run. While there are various evaluation criteria, could there be some that should not be subject to change?
