The Lake County Sheriff's office in Florida has learned that it may be the most advanced sheriff's office among the 3100 sheriff's offices across the United States. They obtained simultaneous certification from the American Correctional Association (ACA), the National Commission on Correction Health Care (NCCHC), and the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies (CALEA), with only 44 sheriff's offices holding all three certifications. I think this authentication tells us how good their system is.

3.Discussion

There are about 3,100 sheriff's offices throughout the United States. Is it a problem that only 44 of these sheriff's offices are certified by the three associations? Is it not?
