1. SUMMARY

Reflect on Wikipedia's collaborative culture and aspirations as a universal encyclopedia. In the process of creating an encyclopedia using the metaphor of the puzzle, we can see how the neutral perspective (NPOV) and the principle of good faith complement each other. While Wikipedia is not without flaws and challenges, such as tensions and possible abuse within the community, the culture of collaboration with Wikipedia, guided by positive norms such as "don't bite newcomers" and "trust newcomers," aims to promote cooperation and overcome conflicts. It also explains the role of technology in enabling collaboration, but culture and values are important in successfully carrying out collaboration. And while technology is important, it is the collaborative nature of Wikipedia that makes technology work properly. Criticism of Wikipedia's status as an encyclopedia and its future can be seen, changes are inevitable, and communities may evolve over time. It suggests that people who are unhappy with Wikipedia's direction can choose to launch their own projects, potentially causing a stir in the community. Despite the challenge, Wikipedia is an amazing achievement, and it will continue to surprise us.

2. INTERESTING/USEFUL POINT

1) Instead of focusing on technology to explain Wikipedia's success, it was interesting to emphasize the importance of community and culture. Technology is important, but cooperation and culture are more important in leading cooperation successfully. This is an element that presents a new perspective in explaining Wikipedia's success.

2) Interestingly, Wikipedia is likened to an incomplete puzzle. Wikipedia started as a discovery by chance and grows beyond expectations and is not perfect, but it is attracting attention because it shows confusingly good results. This is what the author expects Wikipedia to continue to surprise us.

3. DISCUSSION

Wikipedia is a successful project in the spotlight despite being likened to an incomplete puzzle. Why does incompleteness rather serve as a contributing factor to success?
