This presentation's most important thing is aims to underscore the importance of the global internet while upgrade awareness of digital inequality and online safety issues.

And "Remix Culture" on the Wikipedia page discusses the cultural phenomenon of remixing. It involves combining or reinterpreting elements from different works to create new creations. Remix culture is prevalent in music, video, literature, art, and other fields. 
Remix culture fosters creativity and innovation by reusing and reinterpreting works, encouraging interaction between popular culture and individual creativity. Be careful about legal and ethical issues surrounding copyright when remixing.

I have overlooked the fact that the widespread access to the internet can contribute to a new form of socio-economic disparity. This is an issue that cannot be ignored going forward.



3. Discussion

Even if copyright regulations were to evolve sharply, it seems that there are still too many means to bypass or disregard them. If the internet had been distributed rigorously and fairly, much like an identification card, would such issues have existed?

    If the internet had been distributed rigorously and fairly, similar to an identification card, it is likely that there would have been fewer means to bypass or disregard copyright regulations. The fair distribution would have enabled stronger monitoring and enforcement of copyright infringements and illegal content sharing. However, I think, it is important to note that this is a theoretical assumption, as technical, legal, and policy challenges would still remain.
