GFC is a book by Joseph M. Reagle Jr. covering topics in Wikipedia and the Wikipedia community. Reagle's main thesis was summarized by the argument that "the success of Wikipedia may be less technical than the result of Wikipedia communities and their cultural norms."

The GFC is based on Reagle's Ph.D. thesis. The book consists of eight chapters, including a preface. Chapter 1 begins with the "Nazis and Norms" and the author's methodology.
