1) Summary

Good Faith Collaboration: The Culture of Wikipedia is a 2010 book by Joseph M. Reagle Jr. that deals with the topic of Wikipedia and the Wikipedia community.The book is an ethnographic study of the history of Wikipedia, its real life and theoretical precursors, and its culture including its consensus and collaborative practices.This book introduces some of Wikipedia's development history, success factors, and problems.After the book was published, many people gave it a different review.


2) Interesting point

I think what's interesting about Good Faith Collaboration is that all editors create content together based on mutual trust, and many editors can use their expertise to help write and collaborate on highly specialized content.No matter the social status, knowledge or not, can a book or some knowledge for knowledge to participate in and editing.On the basis of good faith collaboration, everyone is encouraged to share knowledge and contribute their knowledge in Wikipedia.


3) Discussion

Everyone can contribute their knowledge when it comes to good faith collaboration(GFC).However, in the process, it is easy to produce differences and edit many times, there may be editing wars, how can we solve them?
